Wednesday, April 6th, 2022, Rev. Troy Slater contacted our Call Committee and expressed his decision to accept our Call here at Immanuel, Canton.
During a Call meeting on Sunday, March 13th, 2022, members voted to extend a call to Rev. Troy Slater of Faith Lutheran, Richmond, Mo.
February 1, 2022, Call list returned to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Sunday, January 16th, 2022, the Congregational self study info. and Pastoral nominations were emailed into the Kansas District.
Announced Dec. 19th, 2021, church members in good standing can now pickup a Pastor nomination form in the hallway of the fellowship hall. All nominations must be signed and handed into a Elder by Sunday, January 9th, 2022.
Congregational survey deadline was Sunday, December 19th, 2021. Elders will meet to compile results before end of year.
Sunday, December 5th, 2021, Special Voters meeting following morning worship, during which the congregation approved Rev. Tim Meyer to be our Vacancy Pastor. It was also voted on that we will be working towards calling from the Field for our new Pastor.
Sunday, November 28th, 2021, Congregational Self Study Forms were handed out, with others being mailed out that following week. Deadline to return Self Study forms are Wednesday, December 15th, 2021.
